Meet the owners and top decision-makers of Germany’s leading family business on June 30, 2017 at the Bürkert Group in Ingelfingen to talk about concrete job offers, international employment opportunities and individual career prospects.
Compared to anonymous public corporations, family business usually show a preference for hierarchical structures, higher self-responsibility from employees and a much stronger corporate social responsibility. Under the auspices of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy, pre-selected specialists and executives will meet with owners and top decision-makers of family businesses, such as the well-known Hilti, Kärcher or Würth, to search for new leaders, like “hidden champions” and world market leaders (such as Bizerba, Festo or WIKA).
Here, you will have the possibility to have a binding conversation with the company’s representatives in a very personal setting to discuss about your individual career path. In the so-called “Engineering Lab”, you will be able to experience firsthand innovative solutions, products and technologies of family-run companies. You will also be able to speak to senior engineers from the given departments and exchange ideas about high-technolgy made in Germany.
Graduates, young professionals and professionals of all fields are addressed, as well as engineers, computer scientists and economists, in particular.
