2 February 2017: Information Day for prospective students

Visit laboratories, experience some lectures or find out more about specific study programs: pupils from the 10th grade onwards and all other prospective students will be able to get to know the Technical University of Munich (TUM) from the inside on February 2nd. From 9 am to 6 pm, the faculties will open their doors at all locations of the TUM and provide information on admission requirements, study programs and research fields. Professors, scientists and students are available for questions.

The spectrum of topics on the open house day ranges from swinging structures, drones in the agricultural sector and surgery for dummies to innovations in open source software.

But there is not only information provided about the content-related part of the study programs: in addition, information stands which are located at the TUM main campus, provide information about topics like financing your studies, other educational offers, language courses, sports at TUM, accommodation in Munich and study abroad possibilites.

All campuses (Main Campus, Klinikum rechts der Isar, Campus am Olympiapark, Campus Garching and Campus Weihenstephan) are taking part in the information day. A bus shuttle (with registration) and public transportation are available between the places.
