ARTE documentary on leadership: TUM Executive Education’s Leadership Development in the spotlight
In a recent ARTE documentary the hot topic of leadership is addressed: are leaders selected, “made” or are they growing into their role? How do companies develop future leaders? What is good leadership today?
Prof. Dr. Claudia Peus, Vice Dean of Executive Education at TUM School of Management, is featured in the documentary and presents the evidence-based and value-oriented leadership development concept, she developed together with Dr. Ellen Schmid and Dr. Kristin Knipfer:
Leadership development through systematic feedback and structured reflection.
ARTE highlights how this is done in Executive Education MBA Classes: The leadership development approach of TUM School of Management draws on state of the art research and focuses on teaching theories of effective leadership and practical tools, trying new behaviors in role-play and receiving systematic feedback from peers and experts.
The documentary was shown on ARTE on 28 March 2017 at 23:05 p.m. and is now available in the media library.
