The most important things you need to know about the Green Belt

Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt Certification has three key teaching objectives: Understand, Apply, Transfer. First, in the three courses leading to the Yellow Belt certificate, the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma must be understood and applied.

In the Green Belt certification, a real, individual project must be implemented, i.e. the course content must be applied and transferred. For the project, the concepts of Lean Six Sigma have been shifted from production and service settings to the participants’ living environment. This makes it possible, not only to certify employees of companies with individual projects, but also to offer our Green Belt Certification to students by implementing our predefined project.

The TUM courses are ranked #1 and #2 in the category best “Business Courses” at Class Central while ranked among the Top 20 in the category Best Online courses overall.
