Building the Future of Evidence-based Executive Education: EEC Launches new Leadership Research & Development Unit
To continue thinking ahead in management, we need to invest in the future of executive education. Therefore, the Executive Education Center has launched a new unit that will serve as an incubator blending the latest research insights at TUM with emerging digital technologies in order to develop new and innovative learning concepts for our programs.
The goal of the Leadership Research & Development Unit is to transform the latest research findings at the TUM School of Management into next-generation learning experiences supported by innovative technologies. We want to provide our program participants and corporate partners with a holistic, technology enhanced learning environment and create individualized learning experiences that mirror real-life business scenarios. The first projects are already underway and participants of our Leadership Development programs can look forward to new teaching formats and learning technologies.
The team of Thomas Münch and Dr. Ellen Schmid will be working closely with TUM chairs, corporate partners, and future-oriented technology providers to build the future of evidence-based executive education at TUM.
Are you also thinking about the future of innovative learning? Are you working with future technologies or do you have research results that would benefit our executive education programs?
