From the idea to a company

Comprehensive knowledge is the foundation of any successful start-up or innovation – no matter if it is within the context of a company or an individual process.

This course targets all future entrepreneurs with professional experience and the desire to start their own business as a new career step. Participants work out the bases and theories of establishment processes on the basis of their own idea. The idea brainstorming in the Ideation Workshop ensures that even undecided participants can work on their own concrete idea during the seminare.

The participants will experience the entire process – from customer analysis to storytelling and pitch training. Complex topics are easily explained and different methods such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup or Financing via Crowdfunding are discussed and tried out. Through the combination of theory and practice, the ability and mindset for any kind of innovation is laid. With many modern tools and instruments, the participants will learn how to work out any business idea in a vivid way.

The virtual format with only one fixed weekly date offers participants the opportunity to shape their further education as independently as possible and still benefit from the (virtual) exchange in the group.

Following the six-week seminar within the framework of the optional Premium Subscription, participants can benefit from individual consultation and support in the spin-off of their start-up .

  • Target group Entrepreneurs and future founders looking for consolidated knowledge which combines theoretical knowledge with a hands-on approach via their own idea. A mature own idea is not necessary for the start of the course.
  • Tuition fee € 1.500 (10% for Almuni, on request)
