Conference “Disrupt yourself – Work, Leadership and Organizations in the Digital Age”
On September 28, 2017, TUM School of Management’s Chair for Strategy and Organization, held by Prof. Dr. Isabell M. Welpe, organizes the conference “Disrupt yourself – Work, Leadership and Organizations in the Digital Age” at TUM. The conference will take place from 09:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.
Based on own research and experts’ perspectives, it is the goal of the conference to provide practitioners, researchers and politicians with clear action strategies on how to implement the digital transformation in society, companies, leadership and work design. Thereby, a basis for designing this currently occurring change process in a beneficial way shall be created.
Keynote speeches will be given by Gisbert Rühl, CEO of Klöckner & Co SE, Babette Fröhlich, Chief Human Resources Officer of OSRAM Licht AG, Professor Martin Nowak, Director of the Program for Evolutionary Dynamics at the Harvard University and Frank Kohl-Boas, Head of HR Northwest Central and Eastern Europe at Google.
Furthermore, there will be a panel discussion on concrete strategies for dealing with digital changes. Engaged in the discussion will be Gisbert Rühl, CEO of Klöckner & Co SE, Andreas Ahamer, authorized representative of TELE Haase Steuergeraete Ges.m.b.H. and Friedrich Grosse-Dunker, Co-Founder of Dark Horse GmbH & Co. KG.
