Customized Programs: Fourth Edition of TÜV SÜD Global Expert Development Program Begins
November marked the start of the fourth edition of the successful TÜV SÜD Global Expert Development Program in Garching. The customized curriculum began with the module on “Innovation & Product Development”, during which the participating group of international experts was divided into four teams. The main goal: Drawing on agile methods such as business ideation and rapid prototyping, the teams created their own business models under expert supervision. These models will be advanced over the next coming months, to be presented on the final day of the TÜV SÜD customized program.
In the meantime, participants of the third edition of the TÜV SÜD Global Expert Development Program were completing their second module in Singapore. Focused on “Selling Solutions”, the module presented the new generation of sales methods and also provided a chance to develop individual leadership skills while refining participants’ business models. Additionally, TÜV SÜD employees made use of a new app in order to ensure the continued goal focus beyond the training, as well as encourage the transfer of learning and establishment of new habits into everyday business practice.
Each edition of the TÜV SÜD Global Expert Development Program consists of two modules taught here at TUM, complemented by one international module at a TÜV SÜD location around the world.
