Designing a business

Comprehensive knowledge is the foundation of any successful start-up or innovation – no matter if it is within the context of a company or an individual process.

This course targets all future Intra – as well as Entrepreneurs and teaches the basics of innovation and start-up processes based on an actual case study.

The participants will experience the entire process – from customer analysis to storytelling to pitch training.

The online setting of the course with just one fixed weekly meet-up allows the participants to manage their time as individually as needed yet still benefiting from the (virtual) exchange within the group.


  • Target group Future founders (intrapreneurs as well as entrepreneurs) looking for consolidated knowledge which combines the theoretical foundation of knowledge with a hands-on approach via a case study.
