Double Degree Track Successfully Completes Second Module in Munich

In early October, our participants in the Double Degree Track of the Master in Management & Innovation program had already started their studies in Munich after completing their modules at the HEC Paris. From 19 – 30 November, 2018 the group used the chance to fine-tune their business concepts during their second module in Munich while eliciting important feedback from seasoned guest speakers from the business world.

The participants expanded on their projects started during the first module in a range of courses including “Innovation Prototyping” and “Growth Strategies & Business Models”. They also used the opportunity to present the current state of their projects to TUM experts and use their feedback for fine-tuning their business concepts.

Speaking of presentations, a specialized training on “Pitch & Presentation” provided valuable skills for making a self-confident and professional appearance during business presentations. For important insights into business practice, the module featured guest speakers from global enterprises such as Audi, McKinsey, Amazon Web Services, and Magazino. Further highlights of the module included a company visit at start-up company Talentry as well as a Business Etiquette Dinner showcasing the Do’s and Don’ts of successful business dinner events.

On 18 December, our participants will start tackling their third module here in Munich. Until then, they are busy perfecting their individual projects that will be graded towards their certification.
