EMBA Class of 2020 Completes Module “Organizational Change & Communication”

While participants in our Class of 2019 in the Executive MBA program are currently tackling their elective modules, the latest class has started its core modules. From 21 – 26 June 2018, our EMBA Class of 2020 explored strategies for dealing with processes of transformation in the module “Organizational Change & Communication”.

Here on the TUM Campus in Munich, participants approached organizational change from a psychological as well as a social sciences perspective with change experts Prof. Dr. Rainer Trinczek, Prof. Dr. Peter Fischer and Dr. Hans-Joachim Gergs. Academic findings were supplemented by current practical cases from leading organizations such as Siemens Healthcare and Audi AG.

Participants also gained insights into headline-making change scenarios in a presentation by Christian Weyand, Partner at consulting firm Brunswick Group, which is currently working on the acquisition of Monsanto by Bayer AG. Additional highlights on the curriculum included a course on “Self-Management” with our experienced mentor Dr. Martin Sulzberger as well as a company visit at MaibornWolff.

Applications for our Executive MBA program starting in the Winter Semester of 2018/19 are currently open. The next round will complete on 15 August. We ask all applicants to submit their paperwork as soon as possible. The program will begin on 11 October 2018.
