EMBA Core Module “Stakeholder Management” Takes Place From 22 to 26 November For Our EMBA Class Of 2020

In the “Stakeholder Management” module, our students reflected on how to deal with consumers, shareholders, the government and civil society in an ethical way. These aspects play an important role not only within this module but within the whole program as we want our students not only to be highly efficient and innovative decision makers but also responsible leaders.

Major parts were covered by Prof. Dr. Frank-Martin Belz and Prof. Dr. Philipp Maume, both professors of TUM School of Management. In addition to the academic input, our students had plenty opportunities to exchange experiences and discuss real cases with high-level practitioners such as Florian Henle, CEO of Polarstern Energie, Dr. Christian Lawrence, partner at Brunswick AG; and Dominik Bösl from KuKa AG.

Additionally, our student will be introduced to our Digital Leadership Coach Emma who will help them on a daily basis to work on their leadership behavior and therefore become better when dealing with their employees.

Last but not least, our students had the possibility to engage with each other’s personal stakeholders at our TUM Support Network Day. They all brought family members and friends who strongly support them throughout their EMBA journeys. And they laid the foundation for a strong live-long alumni network with alumni of different programs and classes at this year’s Executive MBA Alumni Welcome Reception.
