EMBA Mentorship Program Kicks Off for 2019

This month, we kick-started our EMBA Mentorship Program for the current winter semester. Over the last six weeks, our EMBA participants have been individually matched to a senior business leader from outside of the academic world.

Our tailored approach, including detailed webinars and one-to-one consultations, helps us better understand the development needs and desires of our participant, making this program one of the most prized and valuable parts of the Executive MBA experience here at the Technical University of Munich.

A cornerstone of our Executive MBA consists of providing not only teaching based on world-leading research in management and technology, but ensuring there are tangible links to business practice. We want to develop our EMBA participants into adept business leaders, and we believe that the EMBA Mentorship Program – by providing an individual mentorship experience with senior leaders from industry – offers a fantastic supplement to the personal and leadership development offered in our course modules.

The participants are now in direct communications with their respective mentors. For the next six months, they will have the opportunity to meet with them to discuss issues, assess professional and personal development, and gain some valuable insights from the wealth of experience and knowledge offered by their mentors. We wish our participants – and their mentors – the very best start to the program!
