Employer Brand Manager: Second Module Highlights Internal Employer Branding
The second module of our certificate course Employer Brand Manager analyzed the internal aspects of employer branding on 19-20 May, 2017. Focus areas included the role of leadership, human resources as well as internal communications on the way to building strong employer brands.
The latest research findings were presented by lecturers Prof. Dr. Isabell M. Welpe and Dr. Andranik Tumasjan of the TUM Chair for Strategy and Organization. Important insights from business practice were provided by Martina Brokbals (human resources at Barmer GEK) and Elisabeth Händel (DEBA consultant).
The curriculum of the German-language certificate course was developed in close cooperation between the German Employer Branding Academy, the WU Executive Academy at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the TUM School of Management. Participants pursue the main question: How can today’s business leaders build strong brands around their employers?
In June, the next module will shift the focus towards external aspects of employer branding during courses in Vienna. And 17 November, 2017 will already mark the start of the next class in our Employer Brand Manager program. As of now, all applicants can secure a 5% early booking discount until three months before program kick-off.
