- Your program is announced: Head to the stairs on the right. You will be called up one by one in alphabetical order – hence no switching seats!
- Watch the screen: Your name will show up in the corner just before it´s your turn.
- Your name is called: Head up the stairs, take your congratulation letter and look toward the crowd while shaking hands with the professor: our photographer will get a shot of you!
- After your turn: Walk off the stage using the left-side stairs. Our team will guide you to a waiting spot until everyone from your program has been congratulated.
- Group Photo & Exit: Once that´s done, your whole class will be called back on stage for a group photo. After that, go back to your seat.
