LEAP Leadership in the Era of AI – The Program for Rising Digital Transformation Leaders
Professionals with little to no leadership experience who have a strong track record in their field and want to broaden their perspective in strategy, leadership, and digital transformation. The program is particularly suitable for those identified as talents within their organizations or those aspiring to achieve such recognition.

All workshops take place in Munich.
The program is spread over 5 months, with three workshops totaling nine days of attendance:
- Module 1 “Kick-Off Workshop”: April 2027, 2 days
- Module 2 “Five Workshops”: June 2027, 5 days
- Module 3 “Closing Workshop”: September 2027, 2 days

As a participant, you should have at least two years of relevant professional experience. Please submit a letter of motivation with your application.
Participants will receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich upon successful completion of all three workshops and the required four group projects with presentations in:
- Module 1 “Kick-off Workshop” (1 group presentation),
- Module 2 “Five Workshops” (2 group presentations) and,
- Module 3 “Closing Workshop” (1 group presentation).
The program fee is EUR 8,100 (limited availability) and covers 9 workshop days across 3 modules with leading scientists and practitioners across industries, the Leadership Profile (online assessment), the Networking Event with Keynote incl. finger food buffet, as well as catering throughout the program including coffee, tea, water, lunch, and snacks.
Travel, accommodation, and additional meals are not included.
Optional Individual Coaching & Process Management support is available for 3,500 EUR (8 sessions of 90 minutes each).
A 10% discount on the course fee applies to companies with two or more participants as well as to TUM Alumni.
