Evening Session of the Executive MBA „Class of 2016“ with former sports professional Kathrin Lehmann

On Monday, 25 May, 2015, the Executive MBA “Class of 2016” had a very personal evening session on the subject “A career within the career” with Swiss sportswoman Kathrin Lehmann. Kathrin Lehmann who was active as an international soccer and ice hockey player for more than 20 years started early on planning her career after her sports career. The 35-year old athlete already founded her own agency (kasports) in 2005, teaches as a guest lecturer at different well-known universities and is the owner of her company SPORTBUSINESS Campus GmbH which offers education courses especially tailored for professional athletes (e.g. VfL Wolfsburg).

In the evening session, she talked about topics a sports professional is confronted with such as performance under pressure, leading teams, an international career as well as planning a career within and after the career. Lehmann motivated the EMBA participants to develop and try new things during their careers.

We would like to thank Kathrin Lehmann very much for this interactive evening session! The ninth presence block of the Executive MBA “Class of 2016” is now over and we are looking forward to welcoming the class in July for its tenth and last presence block.Evening Session
