Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation: Participants Complete “Leadership & Cooperation” Module in Munich

Our participants tackled the latest insights in leadership research from 22 – 24 February during the “Leadership & Cooperation” module in Munich. As an introduction, an English Writing Course headed by Jeremiah Hendren provided a chance to brush up business English skills.

For a psychological perspective on leadership studies, Prof. Dr. Peter Fischer presented a lecture on “The Psychology of Leadership”. In their presentation on “Cognitive Errors in Leadership”, Prof. Dr. Peter Fischer and Magdalena Fuchs illustrated the impact of misjudgments at the executive level.

In preparation for the upcoming stretch of courses, participants were introduced to the Impact Project. The entire last day of the module was dedicated to Entrepreneurial Leadership under the direction of Martin Giese and Laura Bechthold.

Behind the scenes at the EEC, the application period for new participants in the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation is in its final stages and preparations for the program start of the new Class of 2021 starting on 24 April are kicking into high gear.
