KUBS Research Ranking: TUM School of Management ranks as best Business School in Germany

TUM School of Management was ranked as the best German business school in The KUBS Worldwide Business Research Rankings and is therefore among the Top 100 Business Schools in the world.

In its ranking, the Korea University Business School (KUBS) compared the publications in renowned business journals and generated a database of about 40,000 publications from a total of 86 journals. The period of the publications related to the years 2010 to 2016. The journals were also selected in advance in a selection process. The KUBS Worldwide Business Research Rankings promise a more comprehensive measurement and a broader evaluation on research capacity compared to the UTD-rankings (University of Dallas) focusing on Western Universities.

“As the database for this ranking system was created including publications from most of the prestigious journals in the relevant field, we believe this can be used as a key index for university evaluations by many international institutions as well as become a leading standard for research achievement assessments in the world”, said Dean Dong-One Kim.
