Module “Market, Law & Ethics” Emphasizes Value-Based Leadership

In the age of digital transformation, business leaders are constantly operating at the intersection of marketing, legal frameworks, and ethical implications. Our participants in the Executive MBA in Business & IT program are currently exploring these interrelated factors in the module “Market, Law & Ethics” at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.

From 5 – 9 March, 2018 the module headed by Prof. Dr. Reinhard Jung presents the latest academic and practical findings in all three areas: In marketing, the main focus lies with innovation-driven marketing on the way towards building a customer-centric organization

From a legal perspective, participants are introduced to legal ramifications governing the IT-segment, including trending issues such as data protection in cloud platforms. And with an ethical focus, the group is discussing value-based leadership as well as corporate ethics and sustainability.
