New Customized Program with HENSOLDT

The year 2017 marked the start of yet another Customized Program with a global enterprise: HENSOLDT. In close cooperation with TUM-experts, the company based in Taufkirchen near Munich, Germany, developed a targeted program for the skill-oriented leadership development of its executives.

The HENSOLDT customized program is focused on building leadership skills in key areas such as digitization, agile methodology, reflection, and entrepreneurship. The program consists of four all-day sessions including workshops, lectures, evening events and inspiring presentations from innovative start-up companies.

For maximum impact, the program emphasizes cooperation within the study group. Networking and exchange of ideas between participants are highly encouraged, while the TUM’s scientifically-founded Leadership Profiles incorporate 180-degree-feedback.

The most important take-way for participants in this Customized Program created with the EEC lies in building highly effective leadership capabilities that can be transferred into business practice.

HENSOLDT is a world leader in the field of premium sensors and a manufacturer of radars, optronics and electronic protection systems for the global market. The company emerged in 2017 as a spin-off from the electronics branch of the Airbus Group and currently employs 4,000 people at locations in Germany and South Africa.

Our Customized Programs are company-specific executive education initiatives developed in close cooperation with HR professionals. They are created in direct cooperation between TUM-experts and partners in science and enterprise. Our Customized Programs for 2018 include the continuation of established programs as well as new offerings.
