Reverse Career Fair at TUM School of Management

On 30 May 2017 the second installment of the Reverse Career Fair, organized by the TUM Management Alumni e.V.successfully took place in the premises of TUM School of Management.

The unique format of the Reverse Career Fair allowed for 20 TUM-BWL-Master-Graduates, who belong to the top ten percent of their respective year, to turn the tables on the recruiting companies and become their own exhibitors.

The format principally works like a normal career fair, enabling recruiters and possible future employees to personally get to know each other. However, roles between students and companies are switched and each student is allocated an exhibition booth. The students present themselves with the help of a poster or roll-up outlining their personal assets and abilities. Also, the usual giveaways like flyers are replaced by the students´ résumés, adding to the unique character of the event.

At this year´s fair, recruiters from 15 internationally well-known companies such as Amazon, Texas Instruments and KMPG have shown great interest in the talented graduates.

More information on further career events offered by the TUM Management Alumni e.V. can be found on this website.
