Study Information Day at TUM Campus Straubing
Today, the TUM Campus Straubing organizes a study-information day. During this event, questions like ‘what to study’, ‘how does a course of study work’, ‘what financing options are available’ and many others will be clarified. Furthermore, you can take part in lectures of our study courses to get a first impression of the study everyday life.
On top of that, a guided tour at the Campus is provided and you get the opportunity to make contact with students and ask them your questions, like what they appreciate about their course of study. Some might answer like Nico Schlosser: “The bachelor’s degree program Technology and Management with a specialization in Renewable Resources at the TUM Campus Straubing was a perfect fit for me. Through this uniquely designed program, I’m becoming an expert at the intersection between economics and renewable resources”, or Stefan Wiesheu: “I would say that the interdisciplinary education at the intersection between economics and sustainability offers a broad and future-proof foundation for entering the job market.”
And also the advantages of the location Straubing should recognized. Johannes Nigl points out: “Straubing is an attractive town especially in the summer. The areas surrounding the Danube river, including the Danube beach, volleyball courts and canoe club open up countless opportunities for enjoying your leisure time.”
