The TUM Leadership Profile is a theory-based feedback instrument that provides leaders with a detailed report of their strengths and development opportunities. It compares and contrasts their own self-assessment of their leadership behaviors with evaluations by their followers. The TUM Leadership profile also includes a toolbox with concrete suggestions to advance leadership skills and encourages leaders to develop a personal action plan.
