TUM Professors awarded by Bavarian Science Ministry

TUM-Professors Prof. Dr. Bernd Brügge (Faculty of Computer Science) and Prof. Dr. Lena Maute (Faculty of Economics) were recognized by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science for the outstanding quality of their teaching. Both received the “Prize for Good Teaching” with which the Ministry honors the work of the best Bavarian university teachers at universities every year.

Minister of Science Bernd Sibler said: “The excellent reputation of our universities is largely due to the dedicated work of our university teachers. They give young people access to new worlds, complex topics and far-reaching contexts. With their work, they are mentors and role models for tomorrow’s movers and shakers”.

Bernd Brügge and Lena Maute received the prize alongside 13 other university teachers in Bavaria.
