In last week’s new issue of the QS World University Rankings by Subject, TUM School of Management ranks among the Global Top 100 for Business and Management Studies. TUM School of Management represents one of two German Business Schools among the Global Top 100.

The QS World University Rankings are a worldwide university ranking conducted by QS Quacquarelli Symonds since 2004. The QS World University Rankings by Subject 2020 cover a total of 48 disciplines, grouped into five broad subject areas. They are compiled annually to help prospective students identify the leading universities in a particular subject. Research citations, along with the results of major global surveys of employers and academics are used to rank universities.

The latest issue of the QS World University Rankings, which evaluates universities at large and includes further indicators, was published as early as mid-2019. The Technical University of Munich ranked number 55 in this ranking, making it the best German university for the fifth time in a row.
