TUM School of Management presents the European Union Week
From July 3rd – 7th 2017 TUM School of Management, holds the EUROPEAN UNION WEEK for the first time. The event is an opportunity to discuss the topic of Europe from a variety of perspectives and will include many fascinating talks and lectures under the overarching topic “The European Union –Vision, Challenges and the Way Forward”.
The European Union is essential for peace and prosperity on our continent. It also represents its member states in a globalized world. These achievements should not be taken for granted. Citizens of the European Union need to know and understand its benefits as well as its weaknesses. And they should be aware of the unique historic dimensions of the European project.
Thus, TUM School of Management dedicates the first week of July, 2017 to the European Union. A series of events will inform about the European Union and revive enthusiasm for the European idea. At the heart of the discussions and events therefore lies the vision of a united Europe, its challenges and future potential.
