TUM’s professors are among the most influential economists in Germany
TUM’s professors are among the most influential economists in Germany, says a new ranking of economists by the German newspaper Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ).
Three full professors at TUM School of Management appear on the list of most influential economists across Germany: Professor Dr. Axel Börsch-Supan, Professor Dr. Christoph Kaserer, and Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Horst Wildemann. These three academics often appear in the media, are valued advisors to politicians and make a strong contribution to research, which leads to frequent citations by other academics. The FAZ ranking awards points in each of these areas, the individuals scoring the most points making it onto the list of most influential economists.
