Welcome Days 2017 at TUM School of Management
Due to last year’s success, TUM School of Management’s Welcome Days for freshmen will again take place on October 12 and 13, 2017.The aim of the Welcome Days is to provide the new students with a networking opportunity where they can get to know fellow students. Moreover, they are introduced to the study program and the faculty.
The freshmen will be welcomed by TUM School of Management’s buddys at the TUM matriculation hall. These buddys are students of higher semesters that help the freshmen with questions concerning the studies and student life and organize events for them during their first semester. The new students will also officially be welcomed by Professor Dr. Reiner Braun, who will give a welcome speech at the Audimax. Furthermore, a recent TUM-BWL graduate will introduce the TUM School of Management’s Alumni Club. At about 5:00 pm the Bavarian Olympic Games begin. A variation of several games, a DJ, food trucks and a lounge area are awaiting TUM School of Management’s freshmen.
The second day begins with the introduction of the TUM School of Management and specific information on the individual programs. After that, a campus tour in smaller groups with following Bavarian breakfast is organized by the faculties’ student council.
