Implementing business innovation successfully

Disruptive environments add pressure to companies of all sizes and industries to continuously improve their products, extend or adjust their product or service portfolio and respond to new markets. Innovation has therefore turned into a “must-have” and is no longer considered a “nice-to-have”. Many companies are threatened by the black hole of innovation. Business Design adds structure to innovation processes within a company by iterating a specific development process for building new business models, products, services or software applications. Through this process it is closing the gap between ideas and first revenue. The 5 phases of set-up, discover, design, validate and decide make up the Business Design process. The output of a Buiness Design process is a management proposal consisting of the results of each phase, suggestions for the sponsor and the decisions made by the sponsor.

Business Design and Innovation is a training format for management consultants and coaches, but also for innovation managers in companies who want to establish and apply Business Design as an innovation management system in their company. The program extends over seven weeks, in which the business design process is evaluated using a practical case study.
