Brazil and the Amazon have been in the headlines in recent years due to forest fires and bholzung. Climate researchers have been studying the changes in this region for years – a lifetime of learning to help address the consequences of climate change. The webinar “TUM São Paulo meets TUM Learning Festival” on June 9, 2021, from 4 to 5 p.m. will feature the international research project AmazonFACE. A Brazilian scientist will present the AmazonFACE project together with his cooperation partner at TUM and will also discuss climate research and climate change in general.
