Welcome Event for Freshers on Campus

We warmly invite all our freshers to join the Welcome Event on Campus!

After the last Welcome Event in 2020 had to take place digitally, this year the choice is yours:
Apart from the Digital Welcome Event for all of our feshers on October 4, 2021 we will also organize a Welcome Event on the TUM Main Campus on October 15.

When & where
October 15, 2021
From 1:00 – 6:00 pm (CEST)*
At Foyer Audimax, TUM main campus, Arcisstraße 21, München

What to expect
The student council is looking forward to welcoming you with a goody bag.
The TUM Alumni e.V. will inform you about all their upcoming events and how becoming part of the Alumni network will help you gain access to industry experts and future career opportunities.
And finally, we have a little surprise for you to sweeten your first day with us!

Note:
Due to Covid requirements, only a limited number of visitors can enter the foyer at once. Therefore, it is necessary that you register online beforehand to reserve a spot during one of the five available time slots. The event will take place depending on the development of the pandemic situation and the current state regulations regarding events. The 3G rule applies: Entry is only permitted for vaccinated (geimpft), tested (getestet) or recovered (genesen) persons.

Please register via the link that you have received via e-Mail. Registration is open until October 14, 2021 (10:00 am). You will receive the access details in a seperate e-Mail once you have registered. In case you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us: event@mgt.tum.de
