In the Ownership of Enterprise & Corporate Governance certificate program, you will understand your enterprise’s societal role and challenges and develop an understanding of diverse organizational structures, enabling you to make informed IT decisions. Application process:

You will receive confirmation of whether you are approved to attend the certificate program the latest 3 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Admission requirements:

Participants must hold a Master’s entry qualification (i.e. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Magister or “Staatsexamen”) as well as at least three years of full time professional work experience. Initial leadership experience provides participants with further advantages.

Assignment:

To receive the certificate you will have to pass the assignment of the week. The exam can consist of a group presentation during the week or a written assignment after the module. Subject to change.

5 ECTS

Creditability:

This certificate program can be credited as an elective with 5 ECTS towards our Executive MBA Business & IT.

3,290 EUR*

Note for EMBA students: If this certificate program is taken as an elective module, the participation fee is included in the EMBA tuition. You can select this option during the registration process.
