Transformation to sustainable real estate

Sustainable Real Estate –  Transformation to sustainable real estate

In this part of the blended-learning certificate program Sustainable Real Estate, participants acquire the methods and strategies for the concrete implementation of a sustainable real estate project at the stakeholder and company level via self-paced learning and in interdisciplinary groups on site in Munich.

At the same time, the program provides an overview of the latest – analog and digital – construction technologies.

Based on real case studies and guided by TUM experts from the fields of architecture, engineering and economics, and in dialogue with experts from the real estate industry, participants learn in small groups to understand the relevant issues in an integral and process-oriented manner.
