Here you will find information on the aims of this course and its content.- Assess the relevance of risk management and explain the psychological distortions that can arise in risk perception.
- Geopolitical, macroeconomic, ESG/sustainability-related risks, risks arising from AI, (major) projects or IT security.
- In the core area of risk management, identifying risks at an early stage, analyzing them using quantitative or qualitative methods, and providing advice on how to address them.
- Define the requirements of modern risk management for IT and AI systems.
- Visualize risks appropriately and communicate the information to relevant stakeholders.
- Know legal requirements and standards and implement new regulations.

Target Group:
The program is aimed specifically at specialists and managers from all sectors, but does not specifically address banking and insurance-specific risks. This creates particular added value, as risk management is typically dominated by methods for the financial sector, but there is a growing need for comprehensive risk management in all other sectors.

Admission requirements:
Participants should have a university degree and at least two years of professional experience in a company or consultancy. In addition, basic knowledge of financial mathematics, basic knowledge of risk management and its legal requirements as well as a basic understanding of topics such as ESG, ESRS, sustainability, LkSG etc. are an advantage. Please feel free to contact us for exceptions.
Graduation:
After successfully passing the final examination, participants receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich.
