During our Demand & Supply Management, you will enhance your skills in creating a seamless fit between business and IT through effective Business/IT alignment. You will also learn how to analyze and evaluate demand and vendor management concepts, empowering you to craft sourcing strategies rooted in risk and opportunity assessment.

After this module, you will navigate the complex intersection of business and technology with confidence. Refine your ability to optimize IT contributions, make informed decisions, and strategically manage risks and opportunities in sourcing.

Application process:

You will receive confirmation of whether you are approved to attend the certificate program the latest 3 weeks prior to the start of the course.

Admission requirements:

To be eligible, applicants are required to have a Master’s entry qualification (i.e. Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Magister or “Staatsexamen”). In addition, candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant full-time professional work experience acquired after completing their first degree. Prior leadership experience is not a formal requirement but is considered an advantage during the admissions review. Proficiency in English is required.

Assignment:

To receive the certificate you will have to pass the assignment of the week. The exam can consist of a group presentation during the week or a written assignment after the module. Subject to change.

5 ECTS

Creditability:

This certificate program can be credited as an elective with 5 ECTS towards our Executive MBA Business & IT.

Note for EMBA students: If this certificate program is taken as an elective module, the participation fee is included in the EMBA tuition. You can select this option during the registration process.
