In times of disruptive technologies, this multi-day leadership program offers you a deeper insight into responsible leadership combined with a basic understanding of current technological developments. Learn how to manage technologies responsibly within industries and organizations.

| Develop your leadership and tech skills
You will gain a basic technical understanding and learn how to classify technological innovation and its impact on business models, as well as reflect on governance and ethics – the component of social leadership. The program will give you insights into a variety of new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Space Economy and Quantum Computing.

| Network and get new ideas with an action plan
You will be presented with practical ideas that can be easily implemented into your daily working routine with the aim of becoming a more responsible leader. You will reflect together with the other participants of the program and lecturers on what responsible leadership means to you as well as develop an action plan.

  • Classify the challenges of these disruptive technologies for leaders.
  • Anticipate and plan for the potential disruptions that these technologies may cause.
  • Evaluate new technological trends and technologies as well as the future of business with these technologies.
  • Understand political measures when it comes to disruptive technologies and link them to ethical implications.

Experienced managers and professionals who are responsible for teams, large projects or in transition to leadership positions and who wish to improve their skills in responsible leadership.

Admission requirements:

To be eligible, applicants are required to hold a first academic degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS). In addition, candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant full-time professional work experience acquired after completing their first degree. Prior leadership experience is not a formal requirement but is considered an advantage during the admissions review. Proficiency in English is required.

Graduation:

After successful completion of the final exam, participants will receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich.

This certificate program can be credited with 5 ECTS towards our Executive MBA.
