Fostering and developing the EMBA network is an important value for me. After all, the personal contacts and friendships are one of the most valuable things I got out of my EMBA studies. Therefore, it is only logical for me to get involved in the Alumni Association and to help keep the alumni network alive and active.

At the start of our project phase at Kärcher, we were introduced to the most important people from the robotics team who provided us with the materials we needed. Through group interviews, we gathered valuable information for working on the objective questions. There were weekly feedback meetings to ensure mutual knowledge exchange. And although we could not be on site due to ongoing contact restrictions, we received continuous support.

can highly recommend this course if you want to get a thorough understanding of the complete blockchain & DLT ecosystem – from code to governance – and explore what it takes to make it work in a business environment (spoiler alert: a lot). My motivation is to make an impact on how companies can position themselves disruptively and assert themselves in the future. My career has benefited extremely from this Executive MBA as I have gained different perspectives on strategic and operational issues and had the opportunity to take part in Dell’s female leadership program.

Our excursions to the various companies on the practical weekends were also very exciting, e.g. the malt house or the hop community, and the many great discussions with the other course participants at eye level were very helpful and a good added value in this course.

This program has given me access to a network with extensive expertise and experience. It is the ideal space to ask critical questions, discuss current developments and think outside the box. Although only a few months have passed since the end of the program, this network has already supported me in several projects.

It was a good mix of theory and application. I found the advice from the practitioners very helpful. Especially in the feedback sessions when we developed our projects. It was sometimes a bit overwhelming to understand all the theoretical parts of the lecture. But there are great additional resources to follow up on each topic to get a better understanding.

Even though I am studying acoustics, this online course was a good addition. It was always very interesting as I was able to dive into some topics a bit deeper than in my previous (non-virtual) courses. My knowledge on some topics became more solid and detailed.
