The BIM Professional certification course is characterized by the very high quality of the lecturers and thus the content taught. It was possible to cover the entire range of Building Information Modeling topics from practical application examples to the latest innovative research results in the content of the certification course.

Receiving the Christoph Herrlich Scholarship from the TUM EMBA Alumni Association not only helped reduce the cost of my self-funded studies, but also reaffirmed for me the values of community spirit and commitment within the alumni community, of which I am now a proud member. Through interactions with the other scholarship recipients and the board members of the Alumni Association, I also feel even more connected to the community’s international professional network.

I was impressed by the variety of the course content and the professional organization of the course, as well as the presentation of many different perspectives on the BIM. I particularly enjoyed the presentations of the research work, which offered a fascinating glimpse into the future.

The TUM Institute for LifeLong Learning’s “Digital Twins for Cities” course was a highlight of 2023. The hybrid approach allows for effective knowledge transfer and valuable networking in equal measure. The quality of the speakers and participants was excellent. I was able to take a lot of knowledge and inspiration with me into my everyday professional life. The only open question is which course I will attend at TUM LLL 2024.

I am truly grateful to the ‘Technical University of Munich’ for offering such a valuable certification program in ‘Strategic Supply Chain Management in Turbulent Times’. The course provided deep insights into concepts and practical applications as well as the analytics that will be instrumental to apply in real life scenarios. A special thanks to Professor (Dr.) Holly Ott for her exceptional teaching, guidance, and ability to simplify complex ideas into real-world solutions. The journey through this course has been both enriching and inspiring.

It is essential for companies to assess whether the “quantum advantage” provides them with a product advantage and whether the possible “quantum supremacy” may mean that their product’s technical and market conditions must be completely reassessed.

The content of the course is different from what you learn in a normal computer science course. It’s good to learn new things. It’s also good that we can learn at our own pace at edX!

Networking truly enhanced my Executive MBA experience by introducing me to fellow classmates with different backgrounds and languages. The diverse people you get to network with during your Executive MBA enriches the discussions inside as well as outside the class environment. This program allowed me to broaden my network and tap into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Munich and make valuable connections.

Standardized methodological knowledge is not enough. Digital transformation is complex and multidimensional and different in every case.

I liked how much passion, humor, and interest in really getting the contents across went into this course. The goal of the course and our greatest concern is therefore to make this knowledge about Smart Farming and the digital transformation possibilities of agriculture available to all interested parties in a compact form – based on cutting-edge research findings, practice- as well as future-oriented.

Not only did this specialization teach me the proper techniques of accounting and the different methods of preparing an income statement, it also taught me how to learn independently, how to persevere with a problem to find ways of solving it, and perhaps most significantly, enabled me to continue to develop my accounting skills.

I liked that the Specialization included step-by-step exercises and tutorials. Unlike exercises where a student can succeed by simply doing as directed, the assignments foster active learning. The assignments were where I discovered whether I truly understood the material. This Specialization produces real learning.
