The CPEA’s multi-faceted approach not only provides academic analysis of the industry as a whole, but also sheds light on the complex construct from a practitioner’s perspective.

When you join this Executive MBA program, you become part of a group of interesting people from various backgrounds, who all want to improve as professionals. Working side by side with these experienced and accomplished individuals has taught me things such as: new ways of approaching problems, paths of execution entirely different from mine, insights, and advice from sources I never had access to. The side effect: a reliable personal network, that would have taken years to build up.

Previous approaches in the area of patient safety have been primarily characterized by reacting to errors in order to avoid them in the future. However, patient safety concerns much more than just avoiding errors and certain complications. Rather, patient safety must be understood as an inherent characteristic of teams and organizations.

What I particularly liked about this course is that it was not industry-specific, which allowed me to learn how other industries use Blockchain. Also, the course provides excellent foundational knowledge in each module. The group exercise and case study were also excellent ways to apply our new knowledge and solidify our understanding of the material. Not to mention, I made new acquaintances and friends thanks to the course!

Receiving the TUM EMBA Alumni Association Christoph-Herrlich Scholarship came at one of the most difficult moments in my life, and it quite literally made it possible for me to complete my EMBA when I otherwise could not have. Your generosity made the difference between stopping and succeeding, and I remain profoundly grateful for the support that continues to shape my life and leadership today. The course was very intensive. It covered all aspects of urban mobility and related technical aspects. The professors, who are from reputed universities, made the chapters cohesive, conceptual and practical so that the students are able to understand the circumstances, past, present and future scenario of urban mobility in an industrialized environment.

The BIM Professional certification course is characterized by the very high quality of the lecturers and thus the content taught. It was possible to cover the entire range of Building Information Modeling topics from practical application examples to the latest innovative research results in the content of the certification course.

As a transplant from California, I choose to participate actively in the Alumni Association in order to engage with the network of individuals from the university and to promote the exchange of experiences, opportunities, and connections, especially in the areas of lifelong professional learning and personal development.

This course is fine and great as introduction to Supply Chain Management. The examples and slides are enough and with professor explanation everything is smooth and fun. Professor Holly is one of the best really , I have taken her Six sigma course on udicty which was a very great course. I hope professor Holly makes a specialization (a series of courses in which she continues teaching Supply Chain).

Networking truly enhanced my Executive MBA experience by introducing me to fellow classmates with different backgrounds and languages. The diverse people you get to network with during your Executive MBA enriches the discussions inside as well as outside the class environment. This program allowed me to broaden my network and tap into the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Munich and make valuable connections.

The Brewer Cursus was a great success! TUM has highly motivated lecturers who are very passionate about the subjects. The topics were all very interesting. The practical brewing process itself was very hands-on. We brewed in small groups. I was able to take away many tips and tricks for my small brewing operation I am planning to expand.

I would absolutely go for this program again! Many of the approaches and ideas were immediately useful in my corporate job. Before the Executive MBA, I thought of myself as an intrapreneur. Actually, I never had serious plans to found my own business. This seed was planted in Garching, and the plant is growing: What initially started as my final thesis topic within the program led to founding the medtech start-up Lab E GmbH.

Standardized methodological knowledge is not enough. Digital transformation is complex and multidimensional and different in every case.

The “BIM Professional” course enabled me to acquire a comprehensive and very solid technical foundation in a short space of time. I particularly liked the interdisciplinary approach and learning in an interesting small group. The lecturers are excellent and highly motivated.

Our excursions to the various companies on the practical weekends were also very exciting, e.g. the malt house or the hop community, and the many great discussions with the other course participants at eye level were very helpful and a good added value in this course.

The Munich Aerospace online course “Space Safety” brings together the knowledge of experts at world-class institutes like the European Space Agency, the German Aerospace Center, the Technical University Munich, and the LMU University Hospital of Munich.
