What an outstanding course. The instructors make the videos engaging and convey the topics in a much more interesting manner than any other computer science lecturer I’ve ever seen. The course is structured very cleverly as well, with multiple video paths that you can take depending on how much support you need.

The course covered all the fundamentals and provided me with a broad knowledge base. Several use cases were discussed, and I was even able to create my own cryptocurrency with a few lines of code. I would highly recommend this course to anyone seeking to gain knowledge and looking for potential opportunities in the blockchain space.

Receiving the TUM EMBA Alumni Association Christoph-Herrlich Scholarship not only offset the program fees during my personally financed studies but also confirmed for me the values of community service and altruism of the alumni community I am now proud to be a part of. I will always be grateful for the financial support and, through the fellow recipients and the Alumni Association board members, feel more integrated into the community’s international professional network.

Fostering and developing the EMBA network is an important value for me. After all, the personal contacts and friendships are one of the most valuable things I got out of my EMBA studies. This course is fine and great as introduction to Supply Chain Management. The examples and slides are enough and with professor explanation everything is smooth and fun. Professor Holly is one of the best really , I have taken her Six sigma course on udicty which was a very great course. I hope professor Holly makes a specialization (a series of courses in which she continues teaching Supply Chain).

The content of the course is different from what you learn in a normal computer science course. It’s good to learn new things. It’s also good that we can learn at our own pace at edX!

The course was extremely well-designed and useful. I have been writing academic papers for several years and yet, in each video, there was something new to learn. Thank you, teachers. I am presently doing a report for the World Bank and I find that the entire course has been extremely helpful, especially the sections on genre, cohesion, nominalisations, active and passive voice, credibility and formal writing. A huge thanks to those who designed the course, presented the videos and planned the exercises.

One of the great things about the program is you can exchange idea with experts at eye level. Whether in short inspirational lectures or half-day course modules, there is always a great discussion based on vivid, real-life examples. This is a kind of emotional learning, not a purely abstract transfer of knowledge, as you know it from other training courses.

Working side by side with these experienced and accomplished individuals has taught me things such as: new ways of approaching problems, paths of execution entirely different from mine, insights, and advice from sources I never had access to.
