Advanced Education for Executives and Professionals.

One of my decision criteria to join the Executive MBA program at the TUM was based on the modular setup offered. The split into modules which mostly took place Thursday to Tuesday helped me a lot to manage my full-time job, focus on the Executive MBA and still spend time with my family as I have two kids.

I was looking for an adequate advanced training in the field of sustainability and the combination of purely theoretical knowledge and relevant practical aspects convinced me to participate. Above all, the selection of lecturers absolutely met my expectations. Another positive aspect for me was the wide range of topics across the 8 modules.

Standardized methodological knowledge is not enough. Digital transformation is complex and multidimensional and different in every case.

Mental health is becoming a key leadership responsibility. In this session, participants learn how to lead themselves and others in a healthy way—because a sustainable career is a marathon, not a sprint. During my 2nd semester of the Master in Management & Innovation, I worked with Schunk GmbH, which was my first experience working in a German company. At Schunk’s R&D lab, I chose the topic which was always close to my heart – automobiles and what the future of mobility would look like. And I learned more than that as I experienced what it is like to work the German way – the sheer will to innovate and the perseverance it takes to constantly be ahead.

The BIM Professional certification course is characterized by the very high quality of the lecturers and thus the content taught. It was possible to cover the entire range of Building Information Modeling topics from practical application examples to the latest innovative research results in the content of the certification course.

My enrollment to the Executive MBA Business & IT program was driven by my passion to gain a deeper understanding of digital transformation and to expand my theoretical and practical management skills. The program provides a perfect mix of management, leadership, and IT with outstanding lecturers and tutors. In conclusion, highly recommendable!

This certificate is characterized by a close integration of practical experience with current scientific findings. In the joint DVFA and TUM course, participants not only gain a comprehensive insight into current trends in the field of sustainable investing, but also learn practical tools: This allows companies and projects to be directly assessed for sustainability and investment opportunities to be analyzed.

I did not know that the Internet had such a brilliant architecture! The knowledge from this course helps me not only with computer networks but also with scaling large software systems.
