How can you still make great decisions, steer the right actions and reach successful results? Our Certificate Program “Strategizing in turbulent environments” delivers a deep understanding of what it really means to decide and act in a VUCA world.

You will learn how firms get to decisions with which they compete and disrupt industry structures and entire industry definitions. In addition, you will gain insights into how firms struggling from competition can get to decisions on how to defend and respond to competitors from inside and outside their industry.

5 ECTS credits possible:
The certificate program is eligible as an elective for our Executive MBA students if you do both the module and the project work with a coaching session.

Strategizing in Turbulent Environments

Target group:

The program addresses professionals who take decisions in companies and organizations that are surrounded by turbulent environments. Are you a founder or a CFO team member? Admission requirements:

To be eligible, applicants are required to hold a first academic degree, such as a Bachelor’s degree (minimum 180 ECTS). In addition, candidates must demonstrate at least three years of relevant full-time professional work experience acquired after completing their first degree. Prior leadership experience is not a formal requirement but is considered an advantage during the admissions review. Proficiency in English is required.

Graduation:

After successful completion of the final exam, participants will receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich.

ECTS:

5 ECTS

Creditability:

The certificate can be used to earn 5 ECTS credits that are applicable to the Executive MBA programs at the Technical University of Munich. In order to receive 5 ECTS, you need to participate in the coaching session.

Program fee:

Seminar (on campus): 3,619 EUR
Project work with personalized coaching extension (online): 500 EUR.

If you book the seminar and extension from the beginning, the whole program will cost you 3,819 EUR.

Note for EMBA students:
If this certificate program is taken as an elective module, the participation fee is included in the EMBA tuition. You can select this option during the registration process.
