The program offers a unique learning journey that blends cutting-edge academic insights with practical, real-world applications. You will explore key areas such as strategic leadership, innovation, and self-development, gaining insights into transformation at three levels: individual, to strengthen self-leadership and personal growth; team, to foster collaboration and psychological safety; and organizational, to drive change through strategic vision and business model innovation. Participants also get the opportunity to benefit from personalized feedback.

Through three intensive workshops in Munich, you will engage in hands-on learning with expert trainers and peers from diverse industries.
