Fostering and developing the EMBA network is an important value for me. After all, the personal contacts and friendships are one of the most valuable things I got out of my EMBA studies. It was very interesting to learn about the various factors of factual and human performance requirements and their effects. Especially in the operating room, where work is often done under time pressure and with changing team members, errors can be consciously avoided through good patient safety management.

The Digital Product Development course was really good! It taught me a lot about how to create products, starting with understanding what users need. I worked on projects which was fun and helped me learn better. The instructors provided good information. I think this course is great for anyone who wants to make a digital product. The modules of the Executive MBA in Business & IT are organized in a way you can get the best learning experience. For me this was translated into a broader business knowledge and leadership skills that help me improve my collaboration, problem solving and decision making with marketing and other business domains resulting in more value delivered to the organization.

What I particularly liked about this course is that it was not industry-specific, which allowed me to learn how other industries use Blockchain. Also, the course provides excellent foundational knowledge in each module. The group exercise and case study were also excellent ways to apply our new knowledge and solidify our understanding of the material. Not to mention, I made new acquaintances and friends thanks to the course!

In the circular Earth system, a circular economy is the greatest, perhaps only, chance of ensuring a peaceful existence for humanity. In order to preserve the carbon cycle, we need durable, unmixed and demountable structures in timber construction.

The course was very intensive. It covered all aspects of urban mobility and related technical aspects. The professors, who are from reputed universities, made the chapters cohesive, conceptual and practical so that the students are able to understand the circumstances, past, present and future scenario of urban mobility in an industrialized environment.

The “BIM Professional” course enabled me to acquire a comprehensive and very solid technical foundation in a short space of time. I particularly liked the interdisciplinary approach and learning in an interesting small group. The lecturers are excellent and highly motivated.

I would absolutely go for this program again! Many of the approaches and ideas were immediately useful in my corporate job. Before the Executive MBA, I thought of myself as an intrapreneur. Actually, I never had serious plans to found my own business. This seed was planted in Garching, and the plant is growing: What initially started as my final thesis topic within the program led to founding the medtech start-up Lab E GmbH.
