It was very interesting to learn about the various factors of factual and human performance requirements and their effects. Especially in the operating room, where work is often done under time pressure and with changing team members, errors can be consciously avoided through good patient safety management.

The exercises were very comprehensible and foolproof, just the way you should have them at the beginning.

One of my decision criteria to join the Executive MBA program at the TUM was based on the modular setup offered. The split into modules which mostly took place Thursday to Tuesday helped me a lot to manage my full-time job, focus on the Executive MBA and still spend time with my family as I have two kids.

Consequently, additive manufacturing processes are ideal technologies for sustainable and green production. In order to be able to leverage this sustainability potential, an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing processes is essential.

Participating in this program stands out as the best highlight in my professional journey. I chose the CPEA program (VC Track) in order to deepen my knowledge in VC and benefit from the knowledge of industry experts as well as meeting peers. After graduating in 2024 I can say that the CPEA did not disappoint! It is a great program to get practical and academic insights into PE & VC from industry experts and great speakers. It’s also a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers, network and work on realistic, real world investment cases together. I really benefited from the practical experiences the speakers and experts shared with us as well as from the network I built during the program. This course is a great chance to gain valuable experience in related challenges and problems as well as to acquire an understanding how to best apply and execute tools and concepts of vocational training.

The course was very intensive. It covered all aspects of urban mobility and related technical aspects. The professors, who are from reputed universities, made the chapters cohesive, conceptual and practical so that the students are able to understand the circumstances, past, present and future scenario of urban mobility in an industrialized environment.

The TUM.wood program takes a holistic approach to teaching wood construction. A team of lecturers and experts from theory and practice gives participants a comprehensive insight into the wood value chain. This is particularly interesting for experienced architects.

Strategy is about making choices, where to go and where not. In particular, in turbulent environments you need a clear orientation. Otherwise you will end up with everything and nothing. The Strategizing in Turbulent Environments program equips with such an orientation.

It is quite challenging to balance a full-time job, family life and studies. However the part-time program offered a schedule that fitted my routine, with classes once a month from Thursday to Sunday and a reasonable timeframe to deliver the modules’ assignments. The course content was a good mix between theory and practice.

Efficient operations are key to achieving profitability. Augmenting profit with envivonmental and social objectives of in the management of value creation networks progresses sustainability. Our program equips you to address these challenges.

One of the most valuable and rewarding experiences during the Executive MBA program has been being able to expand my professional network with extraordinary people from across industries, and different disciplines. I was able to gain new insights from their diverse backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.

The goal of the course and our greatest concern is therefore to make this knowledge about Smart Farming and the digital transformation possibilities of agriculture available to all interested parties in a compact form – based on cutting-edge research findings, practice- as well as future-oriented.

Progressive digitization in all areas of society also opens up numerous new attack surfaces. Comprehensive knowledge — both theoretical and practical — is needed to protect the entire digital infrastructure. This will enable us to transition to a secure digital society.
