The TUM.wood program takes a holistic approach to teaching wood construction. A team of lecturers and experts from theory and practice gives participants a comprehensive insight into the wood value chain. This is particularly interesting for experienced architects.

Additive manufacturing in its already great diversity makes it possible to get from a product idea to a finished product in record time. In addition, layer-by-layer construction can create structures with the most complex geometries, in multi-material construction or with integrated functionalities, which would not be so easy to realize with conventional technologies.

The exchange with learners from a wide range of industries offered interesting discussions and practical examples. I am now perfectly prepared to initiate improvements in the area of sustainability and to find sustainable solutions for customers.

My motivation is to make an impact on how companies can position themselves disruptively and assert themselves in the future. My career has benefited extremely from this Executive MBA as I have gained different perspectives on strategic and operational issues and had the opportunity to take part in Dell’s female leadership program.

The Brewer Cursus was a great success! TUM has highly motivated lecturers who are very passionate about the subjects. The topics were all very interesting. The practical brewing process itself was very hands-on. We brewed in small groups. I was able to take away many tips and tricks for my small brewing operation I am planning to expand.

Lifelong learning does not end with the completion of a degree or continuing education program. Through our association, we maintain contacts, renew our knowledge in the spirit of lifelong learning and thus create inspiration for new concepts.

The Digital Product Development course was really good! It taught me a lot about how to create products, starting with understanding what users need. I worked on projects which was fun and helped me learn better. The instructors provided good information. I think this course is great for anyone who wants to make a digital product.
