The TUM Board Academy addresses the fundamental transformation of the role of supervisory bodies in an environment shaped by technological dynamism and geopolitical uncertainty. In their strategic responsibility, supervisory board members, executive board members, and managing directors are now required to assess change correctly in order to actively support companies in their long-term strategic positioning.
The Academy enables participants to evaluate major shifts in business and society, as well as the impact of emerging technologies, in a way that is both scientifically grounded and relevant to practice. It also incorporates the political perspective on the framework conditions required for long-term competitiveness, helping boards make better-informed decisions and support responsible corporate development in Germany and Europe.
