Talent Booster – Leading Business Transformation
Professionals with little to no leadership experience who have a strong track record in their field and want to broaden their perspective in strategy, leadership, and digital transformation. The program is particularly suitable for those identified as talents within their organizations or those aspiring to achieve such recognition.

All workshops take place in Munich.
The program is spread over 5 months, with three workshops totaling nine days of attendance:
- Module 1 “Kick-Off Workshop Manres”: December 11-12, 2025
- Module 2 “TUM Workshop”: February 23-27, 2026
- Module 3 “Closing Workshop Manres”: April 29-30, 2026

As a participant, you should have at least two years of relevant professional experience. Please submit a letter of motivation with your application.
Participants will receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich upon successful completion of all three workshops and the required four group projects with presentations in:
- Module 1 “Kick-off Workshop Manres” (1 group presentation),
- Module 2 “TUM Workshop” (2 group presentations) and,
- Module 3 “Closing Workshop Manres” (1 group presentation).
This first edition of the program is offered at a special rate of EUR 6,900* (standard fee: EUR 8,100), covering all three workshops (9 days), an online Leadership Profile assessment, catering (coffee, tea, water, and lunch), and an evening session with dinner, .
Travel, accommodation, and additional meals are not included.
Optional coaching and individual management support is available for 3,200 EUR (8 sessions of 90 minutes each).
A 10% discount on the course fee applies to companies with two or more participants as well as to TUM Alumni.
