Master Leadership and Transformation Across All Levels
The program offers a unique learning journey that blends cutting-edge academic insights with practical, real-world applications. You will explore key areas such as strategic leadership, innovation, and self-development, gaining insights into transformation at three levels: individual, to strengthen self-leadership and personal growth; team, to foster collaboration and psychological safety; and organizational, to drive change through strategic vision and business model innovation. Participants also get the opportunity to benefit from personalized feedback.
Shape Your Leadership Style Through Hands-On Experience
Through three intensive workshops in Munich, you will engage in hands-on learning with expert trainers and peers from diverse industries. Together, you will develop actionable strategies for leading change, refine your leadership style, and tackle the challenges of digital transformation, all while expanding your professional network.

Talent Booster – Leading Business Transformation

Target audience:

Professionals with little to no leadership experience who have a strong track record in their field and want to broaden their perspective in strategy, leadership, and digital transformation. The program is particularly suitable for those identified as talents within their organizations or those aspiring to achieve such recognition.

The program is spread over 5 months, with three workshops totaling nine days of attendance:

  • Module 1 “Kick-Off Workshop Manres”: 11-12 December 2025
  • Module 2 “TUM Workshop”: 23-27 February 2026
  • Module 3 “Closing Workshop Manres”: 29-30 April 2026

Application deadline:

We look forward to receiving your application – please submit it using the application form no later than 30 October 2025.

Admission requirements:

As a participant, you should have at least two years of relevant professional experience. Please submit a letter of motivation with your application.

Graduation:

Participants will receive a certificate from the Technical University of Munich upon successful completion of all three workshops and the required four group projects with presentations in:

  • Module 1 “Kick-off Workshop Manres” (1 group presentation),
  • Module 2 “TUM Workshop” (2 group presentations) and,
  • Module 3 “Closing Workshop Manres” (1 group presentation).

5 ECTS credits

Participation fee:

This first edition of the program is offered at a special rate of EUR 6,900* (standard fee: EUR 8,100), covering all three workshops (9 days), an online Leadership Profile assessment, catering (coffee, tea, water, and lunch), and an evening session with dinner, .
Travel, accommodation, and additional meals are not included.

Optional coaching and individual management support is available for 3,200 EUR (8 sessions of 90 minutes each).

Discounts:

A 10% discount on the course fee applies to companies with two or more participants as well as to TUM Alumni.

* Based on our experience, the German tax benefits help many participants self-finance their education, as these can be worth up to 50% of tuition fees and program-related travel costs. Please consult your tax advisor for more details. For participants of our programs residing outside Germany this might be applicable, please check the situation with the local tax authorities in your country of residence.
