Prof. Dr. Thomas Hutzschenreuter appointed new Vice Dean International Affairs & Alliances at TUM School of Management

Prof. Dr. Thomas Hutzschenreuter was appointed new Vice Dean of International Affairs & Alliances at TUM School of Management as of March 1, 2020.

“It is a great pleasure for me and I am delighted to take over the role of Vice Dean International Affairs & Alliances at TUM School of Management. Our aim is to contribute to intensifying intercultural communication and collaboration in times of anti-globalization forces and societal frictions around the globe”, says Professor Hutzschenreuter. To achieve this, two main aspects are important for his work: “We would like to make contributions along two main building blocks: (a) international partner growth strategy, and (b) intensifying and deepening collaborations on all academic playing fields, such as programs, research and societal impact. In particular, we aim at further deepening existing international partnerships, developing selected partners to become premium and star alliance partners, establishing new partnerships around the globe, and establishing new double degree programs, and the like. We are engaged to further connect the TUM SoM family with the world“.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Prof. Dr. Kolisch for his many years of work and welcome Prof. Dr. Hutzschenreuter in his new position!
